Where is budgettaxi located?
The main office of Budgettaxi is located in Diegem, 2 minutes away from Zaventem airport.
Budgettaxi also has 2 smaller offices in Leuven and Tienen.
Drivers are available from anywhere in Belgium.

Are the rates on the website per person or is this for the car?
The mentioned rates on the website are for the car.
So we have a fixed price for 1-3 people and also for 4-8

Do you charge any nightly rate?
Budgettaxi does not make a difference between day and night.
The same price and the same good service.

What if we encounter a traffic jam during our transfer? Do you charge extra ?
No, we do not charge extra fees if we land in a traffic jam.
The agreed upon rate is the valid one.

How long in advance do I need to order ??
We advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible as you have the flight data.
First comes, first goes.

Hoe do i order my transfer?
You fill in our order form on our website.
Within 24h (max.) you will get confirmation through mail by one of our employees.

What if I did not get a confirmation email ? Is the the taxi ride still valid?
No, if you did not receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours. Please contact us asap on +32 492 927958.
Our employers will check the status of your booking.

Can I order by phone?
No, Budgettaxi does not take phone orders.
Only online orders can and will be processed.
That why no mistakes/misunderstandings can happen and you have a receipt or your order.

How many people maximum can be in 1 cab?
In a normal vehicle we can have a maximum of 3 people. (driver not included).
We also have minivans in which we can transfer up to 8 people (driver not included)

We are landing on Zaventem airport, where can we find the driver ?
The driver will always wait for the client at the Java coffee shop, which is located right in the entrancehall. He will also have a sign with Budgettaxi on it (unless stated otherwise)

Do I need to pay in advance?
No, you can pay cash to the driver.

We are going on holiday with friends, they want to be picked up at their home adress. Is this possible?
